You can book your stay online or by calling our Reservations team. We recommend before booking your stay that you read through our COVID-19 response to ensure you understand all the actions we have in place to keep you safe during your stay.
We ask that if you are displaying any symptoms of Covid-19 that you call us to postpone your stay. These include a high temperature, a sudden loss of sense of smell or a new and persistent cough.
We also ask that you provide your contact details and estimated time of arrival in advance.
Arrival & Check-in
Our check-in process has been streamlined to allow for a fast and reduced-contact experience. Please also note that we will only be accepting contactless payments to avoid the handling of cash. Our check-in time remains the same, from 14.00.
During these times we have been advised against handling your luggage or belongings or showing you to your room. However, we are always happy to help and will ensure we do so with your safety in mind.
If you have any special requirements, please let us know before you arrive so we can accommodate them with everyone’s safety in mind.
We also offer contactless communication via Kipsu text messaging for anything you may need during your stay.
Hand sanitising stations are available at the entrance of the hotel, reception, restaurants and other public spaces.
Surfaces that are frequently touched are regularly sanitised.
All work surfaces and frequently touched areas are sanitised as the first task at the start of the working day, and as the very last task at the end of the working day.
Restaurants and bars are sanitised between each service, including hard surfaces like tables and chairs.
Guest toilets are checked regularly to ensure that hand-washing and hygiene provisions are readily available.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Team members wear the relevant PPE and are trained on their correct usage.
Safety of Public Areas
From the 8th August 2020 and in line with government guidance, it will be mandatory to wear a face covering when moving around our hotel public spaces. Your face covering can be removed only when seated in our public spaces and dining or when in your bedroom.
We have installed transparent dividers at the Front Desk.
We have installed social distancing signage throughout the hotel to remind all guests to adhere to our policies.
We have increased the frequency of cleaning in the lifts and in the fitness centre.
Access to the fitness centre is available upon request, limited to one guest at a time.
We have reduced the capacity of our events spaces.
Inside Your Room
We have enhanced the cleaning and disinfecting of the bathroom, bedroom and frequently touched areas.
There is contactless room service available, delivered on sanitised trays.
Linens, towels, and robes are professionally washed on a high heat, with added sanitation. Slippers and all consumables are replaced before each stay.
Our housekeeping teams undergo strict sanitation prior to starting work and will wear the appropriate PPE during cleaning.
Should you prefer housekeeping not to enter you room during your stay; please advise the reception team at check-in or use the “Do Not Disturb” sign provided.
In The Restaurants
In our restaurants and bars only table service is available.
We have added a grab-and-go breakfast option.
We have created an electronic menu with QR codes.
We accept contactless payments only.
We have adjusted the layout of restaurants and the DND speakeasy bar to allow for easier social distancing.
A room bill will be available to review on your TV before check out.
To check out, all you need to do is call our Reception team who will automatically take payment for your stay using the debit or credit card details on file. You may also request a final bill to be emailed to you.
We ask that you use one of the hand sanitizing stations in our public areas before leaving the hotel.
